Marc Foster, PT, DPT

Marc is our president and CEO. After growing up in Orland, he went on to graduate from CSU, Chico in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. He received a Master’s degree from Regis University in Physical Therapy in 2000. In 2008, he finished his Doctorate in physical therapy, also from Regis University. Marc completed a year -long manual therapy series in 2004, emphasizing the Australian approach to hands on care. His professional interests lay in hands on joint mobilizations and specific therapeutic exercise including sports conditioning. Marc is credentialed clinical instructor.

Marc enjoys spending time with his wife Cailin, son Grant and daughter Brynna. He also loves many forms of exercise and enjoys reading and working in the yard.

Nanci Surber, PTA

Nanci has over 25 years of experience as a physical therapist assistant since graduating from De Anza Jr. College. She has extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation including: spinal stabilization, hip, knee and shoulder joint replacements as well as hand therapy. She is also a credentialed clinical instructor and a licensed pilot. In her free time, she loves to travel, snow ski, paraglide and be outdoors.

Cailin Foster

Cailin is our Business Manager. She is responsible for accounting, human resources, insurance contracts, billing and marketing. You will often find her in the back office. Cailin enjoys spending time with her husband Marc and their two children. She is a retired cheer coach of many years at Orland High School. She continues her love of cheer by coaching at Chico Cheer Allstars. Cailin enjoys working out and taking dance classes whenever she can squeeze them in.

Tera Sabin

Tera Sabin is the “Director of First Impressions”. She has been enthusiastically employed at Orland Physical therapy since March of 2021. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and three toy Schnauzers. Tera is a lover of all animals, traveling and being outdoors. She also enjoys a good Netflix binge, but also can be found on long bike rides.
